Fast X Sells More Than 41,000 Tickets In Advance Bookings In National Chains, Double Digit Day One Guaranteed
Fast X is gearing up for a wide release in about 2500 cinemas across the country – basically, all the halls that support the 2K format, will be screening Fast X at their properties. The estimated screen count is expected to be 2,500 in India. The advances for Fast X opened a month back in India, though the film started to gain momentum only a week day. With 2 days left for its release, the advance bookings are good at the national multiplex chains, though could have been better.
As of Tuesday evening at 5 PM, Fast X has sold approximately 41000 tickets in the three national chains – PVR, Inox and Cinepolis – for the opening day. PVR leads from the front with 20,000 tickets, followed by Inox at 11,000 and Cinepolis at 10,000. The advances are good through the weekend as Fast X has sold approximately 1,15,000 tickets for the four day extended weekend in the three chains.

Cinepolis: 10,000
Total: 41,000 tickets
Film should open around 11-12 cr nett on day one at box office though it can go higher with good spot bookings expected too as this is a massy film.
